Founder
With over 25 years of experience in the Social Care and Education sectors, I am the founder of AccessAble Learning, a specialist training company providing accessible, high-quality staff development programmes. My mission is to ensure that every learner - regardless of background or ability - has access to education that fosters real understanding and growth.
Throughout my career, I've held roles including Social Worker, Assistant Manager-Children's Home, Mental Health Advocate, Pastoral, SENDCO, and Youth Worker. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals, families and services, shaping my learner-focused and practical approach.  I specialise in Social Care Law, policy and assurance, delivering training that moves beyond the one-size-fits-all academic model. Having been diagnosed later in life with Duselexia and ADHD, I understand the barriers many learners face. My ived experience, coupled with qualifications up to L6 Degree, informs my commitment to inclusive, adaptable teaching.
As both an educator and a parent of a child who is Neurodivergent, I'm dedicated to promoting accesibilty, empathy and excellence in ACCESS ABLE LEARNING.
